Stage 03

Stage 3: Base and Finishing Prep

Waterproofing, substrate leveling, tile base, wall repair, and installation benchmarks prepare the site for finishes.

Service Overview

Base work determines whether finish installation can be precise.

Walls, floors, ceilings, waterproofing, and finish bases support all product systems. Uneven bases, inaccurate corners, or weak waterproofing create later problems for cabinetry, doors, wall panels, flooring, and tile.

EVO HOME checks flatness, verticality, slope, waterproofing, board base, and opening positions at this stage.

Standardization Points

These points come from the latest presentation materials and existing product and construction systems, and can be expanded into service notes, product lists, or acceptance checklists.
