Standardized Construction Management System

System Overview

Construction should move by standards, milestones, and records.

Lack of supervision is one of the main reasons remodeling becomes unpredictable. Without milestone acceptance, drawings can remain imaginary while final quality drifts.

EVO HOME divides construction into six stages: entry and demolition, hidden works, base finishing, hard fixtures, appliances and smart systems, and final handover.

Each stage has check items, photos, and correction loops so clients can understand what is happening without visiting the site every day.

Core Modules

Break non-standard remodeling into repeatable, checkable, and deliverable work modules.

Plan

Construction Plan

Drawings, scope, materials, and time nodes are confirmed before work begins.

Inspection

Stage Acceptance

Each stage is checked against a list and documented with records.

Aftercare

Aftercare Trail

Drawings, materials, hidden-work photos, and acceptance documents support future maintenance.
